NPAM member and the AANP Maryland Nurse Practitioner of the Year for 2016, Michelle (Mickey) Cooper (Right) met with Governor Larry Hogan (Left) at a Rotary Meeting in Frederick and thanked him for his support of the Full Practice Authority Legislation that he signed into law in October, 2015.
